Recipe: Soy spaghetti with prawns

Ingredients:

  • oil
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/4 yellow pepper
  • 1/4 red pepper
  • 3-4 asparagus
  • 2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 spoon soy sauce
  • some orange juice
  • 100 g prawns
  • 70 g soy spaghetti (spaghetti or rice)

Pick 3-4 asparagus, tie them up with a thread and put them in a pot with some water to cook. In the meanwhile, fry with some oil 1/4 onion previously sliced, and after 30 seconds you can add 1/4 yellow pepper and 1/4 red pepper, both previously sliced. Add 2 teaspoons of ginger powder, and the diced asparagus. Add 1 teaspoon of cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, 1 spoon of soy sauce and let all the ingredients cook.  When they are almost ready, add some orange juice and the prawns. Let the prawns cook for 2 minutes. Now you can add previously cooked soy spaghetti (spaghetti or rice). Let all the flavours blend for some minutes and the dish will be ready.
