Full of proteins and fibres, nuts represent the best buy of the season, along with almonds. Almonds are in fact rich in calcium and E vitamin that makes your skin flawless. Unfortunately, nuts and almonds are however not often fully integrated in our diets. Here there is then an easy and quick recipe for a nut-flavoured sauce.
- 5-10 nuts
- 5-7 almonds
- 100 g mascarpone
- 1/2 or 1 glass of tomato sauce
- 1/2 onion
Pour some oil on a pan. Add half onion finely sliced. After a minute, add some tomato sauce. Add a pinch of salt, and water if necessary. Let the sauce fry. When the sauce is ready, add some mascarpone. Let the flavours blend for a few minutes. Now you can add some nuts and almonds. Pour the sauce into the mixer, so that every ingredient will blend to the others. Now the sauce is ready. Enjoy.
