Detox Diet

The body is a brilliant machine, composed of many parts. One certainly crucial is the brain. Yet, another part, the intestine, is to be considered equally pivotal. More and more researches have in fact shown that this “second brain” is often not only misconsidered but also mistreated. Sweets, chocolate, coffee are in fact not exactly ¬†treets for our bowels. After this holiday is then to keep in mind some rules that can help detox the body:

  • Before breakfast: drink a glass of water with lemon drops and two slices of ginger.
  • During the day: drink extracted juice of apple, carrots and celery.
  • After dinner: drink some apple vinegar with honey.

Follow these rules and your body will show you its gratitude, by making you healthier and stronger!!
