Chicken mango

Ingredients:

  • oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 1 lime
  • 1/4 onion
  • 2 spoons of soy sauce
  • 1 mango
  • 250 g chicken breast

Peel off the mango and diced it into very small pieces. Then, cut the chiken into strips. Now,put in a pan some oil, and fry for some seconds some sliced onion. Pour the chicken and the mango in the pan. Add some pepper, salt, and ginger powder. Cover then the pan with a lid. When the chicken is tender, turn the flame high and simmer with some soy sauce untiol the reduction is completed. Grate the skin of a lime all over the ingridients and the dish is ready to be served.
