A Healthy Recipe

Carrots and celery are absolutely fundamental for a detox diet. Yet, they are quite delicious to eat as part of a healthy diet. Here, there is a quick and recipe to try.

Ingredients

  • oil
  • salt
  • turmeric powder
  • ginger powder
  • 1/4 onion
  • 4 chicken wings
  • 4 carrots
  • some celery

Pour some oil in a pan. Add some onion finely sliced. Add then some carrots and celery previiously sliced. After 5 minutes, add some chicken wings. Add a pinch of salt. Add 1 teaspoon of ginger powder and 1 or 2 teaspoon of turmeric powder. Put the lid on and let all the ingredients cook. After around 10 minutes, your dish will be ready to be enjoyed.
